今日稍早，美國偶像歌手席琳娜戈梅茲突在個人Instagram上貼出一張自拍照，並註明自己接受換腎手術、正慢慢復原中。

I’m very aware some of my fans had noticed I was laying low for part of the summer and questioning why I wasn’t promoting my new music, which I was extremely proud of. So I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering. It was what I needed to do for my overall health. I honestly look forward to sharing with you, soon my journey through these past several months as I have always wanted to do with you. Until then I want to publicly thank my family and incredible team of doctors for everything they have done for me prior to and post-surgery. And finally, there aren’t words to describe how I can possibly thank my beautiful friend Francia Raisa. She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis. Lupus continues to be very misunderstood but progress is being made. 　　前陣子突然在鎂光燈前銷聲匿跡的戈梅茲，稍早突在個人社群網站上貼出自己與演員閨蜜法蘭西亞賴莎分躺在兩張病床上、握手相視而笑的照片。從底下的貼文內容可以得知，原來25歲的戈梅茲罹患了狼瘡(自體免疫系統紊亂轉而攻擊健康細胞)，前陣子之所以消失在鏡頭前，就是忙著與親戚家人配對，尋找合格捐腎的對象。

　　此外，戈梅茲也秀出兩張手術疤痕的特寫照，並且在貼文中再次感謝家人以及捐腎給她的閨蜜法蘭西亞賴莎給了她一個全世界最棒的禮物。

　　戈梅茲曾在接受Billboard Magazine訪問時談到自己的身體狀況，表示這場大病迫使她必須取消之後的巡演。根據醫學專家表示，換腎手術雖然難度不高，但依然是大手術，並且病人的術後照護也非常重要。
