  • 1990年以一支機車廣告一炮而紅，成為眾多台灣少女的偶像，在他成名之前，曾以第一名的成績畢業於TVB演員訓練班。


    早期的郭富城，無論是【伴我縱橫】裡兄長驟逝的偶像歌手，或是【赤腳小子】不識字獨闖江湖的純真小子，都有令人深刻的演出，其後又演出了【PARAPARA SAKURA】、【雷霆戰警】等作品，可惜戲路難脫於偶像風格無太突出的表現。


    直至2005年，郭富城一改以往形象，以【三岔口】的落魄警察孫兆仁一角，第一輪就已10比1的票數大勝同屬候選人的梁家輝，勇奪第42屆金馬獎最佳男主角，隔年又以【父子】一片連莊，成為少數連得兩年金馬獎最佳男主角的紀錄保持人。


    郭富城的座右銘「不求與人相比、只求超越自己」，連得兩次影帝的他，繼續嘗試多種戲路，演出【白銀帝國】、【最愛】、【浮城大亨】、【聖誕玫瑰】...等膾炙人口的佳作，更以【C+偵探】、【殺人犯】等片多次入圍香港電影金像獎，2012年其所主演的【寒戰】奪得當年度香港票房冠軍並橫掃9項金像獎獎座。


    2014年第51屆金馬獎，郭富城受邀擔任評審。

簡介

出生於英國伯克郡沃金厄姆，母親是一位鋼琴教師，而父親則是英國航空的飛行員。霍特是家中四個孩子中的第三個，曾就讀於牛津郡Henley-on-Thames鎮上的The Henley College，但他於12歲那年離校專心發展演藝事業。2002年在【非關男孩】中與休葛蘭合演，立即受到注意。2007年在英國電視劇集「皮囊」（Skins）中擔任主角之一，相當受到歡迎。在【X戰警：第一戰】及【X戰警：未來昔日】中飾演亨利麥考伊博士/野獸。
