  • 廣泛稱為「The Rock（巨石）」，為職業摔角者及美國演員。出生於美國加利福尼亞州海沃德，父親是有新斯科舍黑人血統的加拿大職業摔跤手Rocky Johnson，母親Ata Johnson來自美屬薩摩亞的摔跤世家。他在紐西蘭、夏威夷、賓夕法尼亞等地生活，並在佛羅里達州邁阿密讀大學。2011年重回世界摔角娛樂當上27屆摔角狂熱主持人。2012年2月正式回歸世界摔角娛樂。2000年，他在【神鬼傳奇2】中客串魔蠍大帝一角，從此開啟了他的演藝事業。作品包括【玩命關頭】系列、【野蠻遊戲】系列、【叢林遊戲】、【紅色通緝令】與【黑亞當】…等。

簡介

歐德曼生長在藍領家庭，曾經被學校退學，而後進入演藝學校就讀。1981年他開始參加電影劇及舞臺劇表演，並於1986年獲頒最佳演員及新人獎。隔年在電影處女作【席德與南茜】中飾演嗑藥的搖滾龐克青年，又奪一座最佳新人獎，而他也是少數能夠表現美式腔調的英國演員。拍完【吸血鬼】後，蓋瑞並擔任坎城影展評審，在影壇地位已受肯定。曾經與女星烏瑪舒曼有短暫的婚姻關係。2001年他演出了【人魔】，也接演了賣座大片諸如【哈利波特】與【黑暗騎士】系列電影等，戲路亦正亦邪，常是各大電影中不可或缺的角色。
