簡介

出生於加拿大 Nova Scotia的Halifax，很小就對表演產生興趣，並進入Neptune戲劇學校就讀。第一次職業演出是電視，「Pit Pony」，就獲得雙子星獎最佳青少年演員提名，之後也以別部作品數次入圍該獎。2007年在【鴻孕當頭】中成功詮釋未婚懷孕的16歲少女一炮而紅，並獲得金球獎音樂劇或喜劇類最佳女主角提名以及奧斯卡最佳女主角提名。2020年12月公開宣布自己為跨性別者，將名字艾倫佩姬（Ellen Page）改名為艾略特佩吉（Elliot Page），並在2021年3月做了乳房切除手術。
